Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour

I used the all cards code on my game file and it didnt give me the god cards any one know why it didnt give me them?

If you use the Action Replay codes given to you in this website it gives you the cards but you can't use them yet. Until you beat the expert cup.
