You don't get that card from him; you get it from Dark Magician Girl in the northern part of the island at night. She can give you Chaos Sorcerer as well, or many other cards that are in Yugi's deck. Dimitri gives you Change of heart. Just because a duelist uses their forbidden card in a duel doesn't mean they will give you that card; Syrus is an exeption. He uses Dark Hole, and he gives you Dark Hole.
