Question for Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters World Championship 2007

When you pick a person to duel against and you go to the screen where you pick rock,paper,scissors under your deck name there is a number what does that number stand for and how do you get it higher

It stands for the number of cards in your deck, If you want to raise it then add more cards to your deck.

It stands for how your dueling iq is but you cannot get that # higher for some reason.
