The wistle is in the park in the dogs mouth but the dogs toy is in the bush to the left (red frisby)
When Max arrives at the gym, he finds Justin’s clone and the Coach waiting for him. When Max talks to the coach, he is told that the Coach has lost his whistle. Max volunteers to find the whistle. To retrieve the whistle, go to the park. You will find a little dog holding the whistle. As you try to get the whistle from the dog, the owner of the dog approaches and explains that his dog has lost his favorite toy and is now playing with the whistle instead. In order to get the whistle, go to the left. You’ll see the dog’s red toy on the tree; use the "Move" spell to bring it down. Pick up the toy and approach the dog’s owner. Once you give him the toy, he’ll give you the Coach’s whistle. You can then return the whistle to the Coach in the gym.

I can't leave the scool to go to the park!!!!
When you get to the doors outside of the school, walk to your right to get to the park. Don't cross the street
