If that is the Virus day, you have to go to specific places to buy you some time. I went to the penguins and the flamingos and after that the sign left and then went on to continue to save the others but it is different every game so IDK which one you will need to help first

The dude means that the WAZAPS are on a time span linked to which pools you go to at a specific time. therefore, it looks as though you can make the WAZAPS warning sign go away by going to the flamingo pool. it works for me like that.

All you have to do is go to every animal and help them (aka give them all of the medicine) as fast as u can.

good luck :D

It's actually pretty easy, though annoying if the game glitches on you. All you really have to do is give medications to all of the animals within a given time. I always start at the Ray Pool, then the Flamingos because they're closer, then Dolphins, then Manatees, then Orcas, Penguins, Turtles, and finally Sharks.

One thing I've noticed with my game is that the WAZAPS warning doesn't appear if an animal's health is low or at zero. My suggestion would be go around and clean all the pools and feed the animals first, then apply the medications. This way you don't have to worry about the WAZAPS being on your case.

Be wary of one thing though; there is a chance that after you give all the animals medication, the ones you gave medication to first might be need more because time has passed and their health has been lowered.

One more thing. I'm not sure if this has been happening to anyone else, but my game occassionally glitches and doesn't allow me to proceed to the next day. If all of the animals look well-medicated and the game doesn't proceed, chances are high the glitch has occurred. Though it's a pain, shut off your DS if this happens and turn it back on. The game should be fine by then.
