Question for Wario: Master of Disguise

Still on level 2! Can you please tell me where to find wicked/evil wario?
Also on floor 3 in the next room there is a door, but it's blocked by 2 silver blocks, how do you get to the door? Thanks

Um if youre in level 2 then you are a long way away from wicked wario he is in level 8 or 9 I think 8 is when you get him but 9 is where you get the mastery or maybe 9 is where you get both mastery and regular but when you get the regular guise gem you can only fly up but when you get the mastery you can fly side to side
