How do you beat that one guy in a race near the end of chapter 9? I've tried it about 50 times and I still can't beat him.

There isn't much advice that I can give except:
1. Keep practicing and try to get faster!!!
2. If you haven't gotten to the end, do that first.

P.S. If this doesn't help, I'm really sorry because I haven't played in a while. That's the reason I'm not answering as many questions.

If you want to follow the rules, just get better. But if you want to act like Wario, become Arty Wario ocasionally, and draw blocks on his path to block him.
