Question for Wario: Master of Disguise

In level 2 does anyone know how to get to the second platform after thr pipes.. I've tryed everything I can think if and can't figure it out.. Please help me...

Ther will be a block push it to a wall with a hole in then jump on it then move to the hole duck&move left.
