Question for Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise

Hi I need help getting a jeli in viva pinata pocket paradis for ds I know not to have any lights and that all the pinatas have to be gone or in there house I know you can't have any flowers and that it loves fir trees I know that it will show up at night in the corners of the garden and that it has to be night I know that it comes into the garden between the hours of 12:00 and 3:00 and that if you look constently for it it wont come and it also has to be lvl 6!!! Please tell me if there is any thing rong be-because I can't get it to come : (

I to am trying to get a Jeli and I wasnt sure if I should have fir trees or blackberry bushes?

I have a Jeli- Here are the requirements to get it:
Appear requirements: Nighttime in the garden
Resident requirements: Capture it by whacking it with your shovel
[b]Romance requirements:[[/b] img][/img]
Have 500 pinometers of long grass (50%)
Has eaten 10 rainbow gems
Have a Jeli house in the garden
Variant: Feeding it a banana split changes it's colour to red and yellow.

Note: there is a one Jeli per game file limit. In order to obtain a second to achieve romancer and master romancer status you must use the options menu, and select "Copy Game". Then use the Post Office feature Gretchen offers to send the Jeli from the duplicated file to the original.
Crating up a Jeli and sending it to someone else's Nintendo DS earns the player a certificate.
