Get a candary! Once you have the candary in your garden, you should be able to put an accessory on it. Buy this at gretchen's (the hunter). If it has still not appeared, then build a Mine through the builder. It should appear then.
You need to have a Candary to get the gas mask.

To get the gas mask u must be above level 8 for it to apper in gretchens store
You can obtain the gas mask by getting above level 8 and putting it on a Candary. If it still doesn't appear try making Willy Make a mine.
