How do you train an ubntrained priest. He can make the other villagers in a good mood but his skill level doesn't improve. HELP!!

When you build the bridge you must take your builder to the other side then go to the south part of that area then you will see three stones in the ground. Make your builder dig it out. When all three statues are up take the priest there and then the statues will turn gold. Your priest will worship it then it will gain skill points. ;p
