How do you get to volcano island! Help! How do you get a Dock! I dragged an expert builder to the "strange thing" near the ocean, but nothing happnens

Earn enough tech points to upgrade to building 4 and science 4 tip:instead of waiting press select and touch save and exit touch save but don't freeze time
I only needed science 2 and building 3 and an expert builder to get to volcano island.
Another way you can get tech points is by either saving and quiting but keep it on "fast time" or do something else on the game while you make it go fast also upgrading to science collects tech points faster!
