How do you complete the puzzle with the turtle?

You have to get an expert parent and put him/her on the turtle and they will examine the turtle BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TIME FOR IT TO BECOME ACCESSIBLE AND FOR THE GUY/GIRL TO EXAMINE IT. pretty much after that its used as like a pony for the kids just drop the kids on the turtle once its done and they ride around on the turtle. i guess its realy just a pet.
You Will Need A Expert Parent For This Then Go To The Island Where You Have To Row The Boat To Then Find The Turtle And Drag The Parent Onto It, The Parent Should Say "Taming A Turtle".
