Question for Trauma Center: Under the Knife

I hope somebody can help me. I am stuck on the third sin operation has anybody completed this operation, if so what did you do to beat it? I really want to know!!! PLEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEE HELLLPPP MEEEEEE!!!!!!

It's Triti. Hardest one. There are two methods.
ALWAYS BACK IT INTO A CORNER. Triti can't spread past the edge of an organ.

1) Pull out pegs so no two pegs are next to each other, then remove single triangles. Make sure no pegs respawn next to others - once you remove a triangle it has an opportunity to regenerate.

2) Healing Touch immediately, pull out all the pegs and then all the triangles. Easiest method, but with time restraints. Better be quick either way.
