On the bomb one (3-6) how do you get the water to get out of the tube into the other bucket faster?

Even when I use the healing touch and transfer water whenever it lets me I still get the thing blowing up half-way through the second transfer.

If I try doing it really fast and not transfering water then I get it blowing up just as I am pulling out the last detonator and I can't go any faster than this.

So surely, there must be a way to get the water out the tube fast enough, maybe a cheat to get your uses used up really quick as I know that once your use of this instrument is gone then after a couple of seconds you can just push the water out with the stylus but whenever I try this before it gets all used up it dissapears whenever I try so I have to push it out bit by bit and it is too slow to stop it blowing up, even with the healing touch.

I know many people on here are way past me, so please tell me how you did it.
