On mission 5-2 can anyone give me hints on how to cure the 5 people. Thanks in advance.

Well, you only need to cure at least 3 before the time limit sounds. What I did is I cured 3 victims as fast as I could, and just kept pumping the stabilizer into the 4th victim so I could reach the time limit without too much trouble.
