Date of Question: Jan 20 2008 | Question ID: 107450 OK, I'm frustrated, I read a walk through for chapter 1, ep. 6 but now I'm unable to finish the operation before the vitals are up. I know that by injecting the green liquid, vitals will rise, unless you you drop to the 20's. How do I slow up the vitals so that at least I can get all the tumors out, put the membranes on and place the gel and massage it before the vitals drop.

Okay, so the trick to this level, is to keep the vitals high throughout. So after you open him up and soothe the sores, before you begin to excise the tumors, you boost his vitals all the way back to 80 using the syringe and the green vial. Then you can remove one or two tumors, but after you do that you need to boost the vitals again, to stay in the blue zone (above 50). Once you've done that, you can remove one or both of the remaining tumors, and after that the vitals should stabalize.
