2-4 Please help

How do I beat this level? I work super speed-style and yet I'm not fast enough for the aneurysms. I can get halfway but then one will burst, right after another and he dies! I tried the star thing but it doesn't do anything. Please help before I break this thing!!

First of all, if the star (Healing Touch) doesn't do anything, you're not doing it right. Are you selecting it (by selecting the hand and then pressing it again) then drawing a star? It should slow down time - which means the aneurysms won't burst as quickly, and the vitals will lower more slowly.

First of all, if it's possible, try to keep all of the aneurysms in view. When one is about to burst, inject it with some of the brown liquid.

For the last part of it, I haven't so far been able to keep any of them from bursting - what you need to do is keep the vitals high enough that you can recover from it. What I would recommend is when there is only one remaining aneurysm, treat it all the way up to the sutures, then use the green liquid to bring the vitals back up to 80 before quickly suturing it.
The vitals drop fastest when something is bleeding a lot. When two of them burst in quick succession, or one bursts while you are already treating one (or both), I would recommend quickly draining the blood then connecting them, but sutures can wait, and then suture them all one after another once you have stopped the bleeding.

Also, I would recommend using your Healing Touch right when the last (third, I believe) set of aneurysms appears so you can treat them as much as possible before one bursts.
