Torching the Welcome Wagon

The Mission:

You need a Helecopter for this mission, fly over the water to the dock, there are four cannons
Located on your radar, use your heavy weapon on them they should die quick. Then you have
To destroy the ones on the courthouse, follow the directions on the radar to the building and
Shoot down the four cannons. And you can scan the stealth copter at the same time.
Now there is more to get rid of four more downtown then thats it.
