How do you retrieve the Allspark from bumblebee? I try chasing him but I can't keep up. Starscream is slow

dude if you know the parcour he goes(he always goes the same parcour) fly in front of him thats all ;)
Just use boost once and awhile you'll get it. My advice is use alluring bit at a time like about a half maybe alittle more. Then let som of the energy regenerate and use some more again use this process over and over until your just right above him.
i keep tapping the boost but it gets quite hard once your on the highway, you need to keep tapping the boost then oonce you at the highway keep infront of him this will give you time for your boost to recover
