Hi!!!Rules answered:

I did it the cheap way. Run away and cruise. It is kind of a glitch if you transform and just circle Hoover Dam, eventually it will say Jazz died. Oh Yeah, he can shoot you out of the sky. So watch out!

You run until you're near the dam. Transform and wait above the water. Jazz will follow you and will suicide.

u can use the zapping cannons megatron has or use those really big rocks around and throw them at jazz

Some times it works if you get as far away from jazz as possible and use your heavy weapon at long range.

You can't fly over it because the turrets are anti air. You have to destroy the turrets, but then it moves to the cut scene where you attack jazz

Just Run Till You See One Of Those Openings That Go Trough The Room With The Control Stuff and american flag and go to the other Side And Stay There Jazz can't GET YOU!!

I don't think you can go into Jet Form with Megatron on this level. Any time I tried it, I got shot down out of the sky. The best thing to do is floor Jazz, run and jump down the dam, getting Jazz to follow.
