How do you get thought the back door and into the tower on the 13th level. Also how do you unlock the jet? Does this game have any cheats? My son is getting very frustrated on the game.

That's the AR code. If you are not familiar with AR here's what it does: You input a code, turn it on, and then play the game.
The one above activates the jet. Cheats are unlocked through completing side-quests. And I'm sorry about the tower, but I forgot.
