No, sadly, it isn't true. I tried scanning the two computers and the jets, but it didn't work. You can get a jet by doing AllSpark Battles via WiFi and if you get I think 2000 (i'm not sure what the exact amount is) points you unlock Skydive. But if you scan one of the helicopters in the jet place you unlock an Attack Helicopter.

Oh wait. I was wrong about the points, you have to download him somehow from Wi Fi. I don't know how to do this, but I'm no expert with Wi Fi. Many walkthroughs I have viewed said that you dowmload Skydive from Target, but that may not be true. Sorry :P

Yes you can get skydive from any Target with a D.S. Download station!

Better Answer: If you don't wanna go to D.S. Download station at Target then you need to get 2500 point in the alspark wars! Oh yeah! Go gamerdude, Go Go Go gamerdude!! But it's totally up to you bc 2500 points is tough to get on wifi but the jet is sweet!
