DS download station

I know you have to go to a DS download station and download a trailer or something to receive the jet form, my question is, How do I do that

The places I've heard that have them are target stores, which there don't appear to be any of in chesterfield (UK) and BestBuy, which also don't appear to have any chesterfield stores.

I haven't been able to find any where in chesterfield, or even the UK that has any DS download stations, so how are we expected to get the Jet form??

An answer would be nice :) please and thank you in advacne

You can unlock the jet in countries outside america by geting 2500 wifi tokens in allspark wars.
