I can't realy help you as I don't know what vehicles you need. A few of them are obtained on Allspark wars. Others can be found by spending time on freeplay. One other thing that helps is scanning decepticons and completing the game. Hope it helps!!!
Ok, here's some locations of hidden vehicals.
Peace van: hover dam, on a ledge near the dam on the side the radio tower is
Safari truck: hover dam, in between the dam and the jet place
Raider: in the junk yard on downtown tranquility
News helicopter: in casino,near a swimming pool on a tower(search city with helicopter)
Swat van: behind a building by the school
