4 pts - have 50+ with each of the 4 Richies (Luthor, Lily, Lottie, Misty)
1 pt - have 100 with the King (Luthor Bigbucks)
1 pt - have 10 in their favorite skill (Charisma)
1 pt - have negative relationship with enemy leader (Darius)
1 pt - find trophy and give to King (2nd floor of mall)
2 pts - complete the rep group mission

Do NOT live in their hated district (Urbania)(-1 pt if you do)
Do NOT have an enemy (Streetie) roommate (Kris Thistle or Ewan)(-1 pt if you do)
