I have two questions

Who do I talk to about getting the letter to the govenor about the no running law?

How do I get the dancing naturia for Roxie? I need everything on that because I don't have a clue

Gordy puck when you get popularity 30 he will ask for a map to paridise island it is on captin salty boat then give it to him oh yeah I forgot to tell you that gordy is the one in the university asleep all the time and once you have done that talk to det.D man and he will let you have the other boat then go to naturia island and get the dancing natutria
