I need helo !!!!

How do I get past the det dan d. Mann part where I have to follow the instructions on the bulletin board what do I do ??

Someone answer me ASAP please !!!!

First, you have to get the shrubbery. Just search the bush infront of the museum. Then, go to the cemetary and look behind all the gravestones until you find another slip of paper. When you get that paper, it should say something like this: " Having this paper is like another "FEATHER IN HIS HAT". You give that paper to the guy with a feather in his hat.
