Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I have gone to the dock to look for theboat to get the dancing nutria to but the boat is gone! Please help me. Thanks

The fanboat isn't at the dock leading to the Olde Salty's riverboat, it has it's own little dock in Glasstown. Go up the ramp at the back of the Sim Quarter and turn right immediately upon entering Glasstown. You will find a set of steps leading down.
