Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

At the moment I am on the part where I am in the twins' bayou shack and I am on the first goal where you have to find the light, the dark tree and capture the albino alligator.

I think I know where the light is (behind the man eating plant???) But I keep being eaten up when ever I try and get it.I have also found the dark tree but i keep being killed, why?

How do I get the light and what do I do after that??????????

PLEASE HELP!!

You can't brave the dark tree without the light.
To get past any of the SimEating plants, you have to hit the A button really fast until the plant collapses on the ground (it helps if you have a pretty high body skill).
You have a few seconds to get whatever is behind the plant before it recovers.

Go up to the plant and when it tries to eat you repeatedly press A until it stops. Then take the light and go to the dark tree. To find this go across the planks of wood till you find a tree stump, remember this stump, for it is where the red man is later, go up and you will enter a tree. A huge Daddy Bigbucks will come and you will automaticaly get your light out. This will stop you from being killed. Then you need to talk to the Albino Alligator. He will give you half of an amulate. When you 'fiddle with the red man' he will give you the second half and you need to give this to Crawdad Clem.
