Dude I can't get past mission 3, mission for the mann, it says that I need to follow the directions on the bulletin board but....where is the bulletin board? I need help!

The bulletin board is in the newspaper office as soon as you go in it is straight ahead of you, hope I helped! You wouldn't happen to know where the streetie trophy is would you?
Ok I found the bulliton board and I did all the stuff it said but now ...it says something with a feather and hat... well I try and figure ot out.
At the Miniopolis Chronicle, on your map in urbania, that is where its at. When you walk in just go staight back. If you need any other help just call Melodygurl33 to the rescue.
