You have to have unlocked the fan boat and then go to the pier (spelling) by where Sharona hangs out and then head north east

Have you found the fan boat yet? If you have, go to the island(nutria island) if you havnt first you have to complete the mision where you have found a deliverer for gramma hatties letter (gordie puck) (guyasleep in college)

omg i found the dancing nutria u get in ur boaty thing then go under the bridge and keep going there if u get to saltys boat make sure u turn bak and try the other way u should find a tiny island
