Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Hi
Im stuck on two things 1.How do you get the poster in the jail to move to allow access to the tunnel,i have 100% with the detective..when I approach the poster nothing happens. 2.Where is Daddy Bigbucks,i have tried to phone but there is no answer.I have to get -50 to prove to Darius that I'm worthy. Thanks to all those who take the time to read and answer.

1. Have you been put in jail for running yet? If you havnt then thats why 2. I don't think you can find him till the end of the game

1.try inviting him over try every hour .2. If you havent got arrested for running it wont work if you have the try pressing a when you approach it
