I am on mission 4 and I have talked to Gramma Hattie, but I still haven`t been told to find the letter writer and stuff. I just have a question mark. How do I get the next set of goals?

Doesn`t matter. I have got the goals now, if anybody gets this happening to them then talk to Detective Mann and then Gramma Hattie, then Dectective Mann again until you get your goals.
You have to speak too Det. Dan D. Mann and he will give you new goals.
