Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Where do I find the Dancing Nutria? I have gone everywhere but there doesn't seem to be anything anywhere.

Hey ok it's a little confusing ill try my best to explain but in glasstown the city apartment one the right side the is a staircase leading like underground what you do is you go under there and there is a boat and you might have trouble controllin it the first couple of time but you will figure it out and then just ride aroind in that for a while until you find it hope this helps
