The map to Paradise Island is on Salty's Riverboat. Go from Urbania to the area with SimQuarter. Before you go up towards SimQuarter, you'll see a path with a sign that has a monkey on it. Go down that path, and go onto the boat. Go passed the game table and up the stairs. Then climb the next set of stairs. Finally, go into a room atop a boat. There'll be a bed, a parrot, and other things in there. Go up the ladder, and you'll be in the final room. Pick up the map piece and put it in your pocket.
