Yo guys I need your help yes again plz how do you use the time michene from the highest piont and how do you talk to the sushi guy if hes never around so he can open that dam barrier

The highest point is the roof of king tower the first buliding you were in and you have to wait 20 days for the sushi guy to open splicer isle
