Where do you get the dancing nutria and the map to paradise island?

To get the dancing nutria first you would look on the map and find something about Nutria Island. Nutria Island is to the far right of the screen. It is kind of like a little island so you might miss it but move the diamond to the far right and try and find nutria island. To find the riverboat first stand next to the club entrance, If you walk straight than you would be in simquarter but don't go all the way forward, If you walk up a little than you would kind of see like a picture of a monkey on an entrance on the right. Walk in and keep going straight untill you can't so straight anymore, you would see a ramp go up it and go straight then you would see the riverboat. If you still can't find it than us your map that is provided on the touch screen on the far left you would see like a globe press on that and you would get a map look on that and find the riverboat. The map to paradise island is on salty's riverboat. To get the map you would have to walk up the set of stairs and then you would see another set of stairs walk up that one too. Once you get to the top walk into the room you would see like a ladder on the wall, press A to go up the ladder. Once you are at the top then you will see something on the floor next to the steering wheel pick it up. That is the map the paradise island.

I'v had the same problem and I can't find the boat to get there because it does'nt turn up! Is there special times or something?
