To catch the dancing nutria get onto the airboat and go to the island. You will see brown animals poping up and out of the ground walk up to one but the yellow arrow will not show but still walk up to it and press a and put in your pocket pocket then go to Roxanne and go to give a gift and give her the dancing nutria.

Look on your map and look 4 something about Nutria Island or something like that. Then go by the nice apartment by glasstown you should see the road that leads to that nice rich house by the stores over there but don't go that way, take a left turn right before you are about to go down that I hope I explained it easy enough for you.
