Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

This is really annoying!

I have completed mission 1,2,3,4,5,S and all the rep goals. I've basically finsihed the game but, just one problem. I can't get into the rep group club house!

I have suffered from some glitches before like when all the piles of trash dissapear when you get the artsie goal "Clean up the city- collect 100 piles of trash"; because of this I had to restart the game from scratch. Is there a certain glitch in the game that doesn't allow you to get into the rep group club house?

Since you have made it that far in the game do you know who is supposed to have the smoothie job at Splicer Island if you could help A.S.A.P that would be great because i've been trying to figure this out for almost a month.
