Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Hello all sorry to bother you. How do I get to bayou? I get the police man at 100% and I then go to the poster and still nothing.

First of all you got to make sure you are past the mission where you can't run then you get his relationship to 100.

After he tells you someone broke out of jail get out then come back in you will see there is a whole where the poster used to be.
