Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Who is the messenger to Paradise Island? I can't seem to find it out.

I also need to know where the Dancing Nutria is and how he looks because I can't seem to find out how he looks.

The messenger is the guy who's always asleep in the university. You need to get you popularity up to 30 or 40% I can't remember exactly, but he wont speak to you until you do. To get to the dancing nutria you need a fan boat, you can't do that until you've spoken to the guy in the university, then you need to speak to the detective, he will let you use his. The nutria look like little dancing rat's (kind of), you can put them in your pocket if you go up to them. You only need one but it doesn't matter if you get more, she will take them all, although it wont make a difference if you give her more than one.
