Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I went to culb X and talked to phebe she told me that I could find the sailer coat at her store but I don't know where her store is located at

Pheobes store is the thrift emporium behind the broken down bus. If you go inside and go to the clothes rack by the Television, and look inside it. You will find the sailors coat in that rack. O ya, Do you now where to get the hat for that mission? I accedentilly didnt read what Polly said.
