In mission 3 I find the two letters the 1) in the shrubbary next to the muesum and the 2) in the grav yard what do I have to do next to unlock the other part of the cemetary

You have to give the letter to Berkeley Clodd, and you unlock the other part of the cemertery after you come back from the bayou in mission 4 goal 3.
Speak to Gramma Hatie she will ask you to guard the cemetary while she has a meeting.
