What are the trophys all about I gave the richy one to the leader of the richys (lother l. bigbucks) but he only gave me a rep point so when I checked it, it wasn't there.
1. Does the trophy only work when you give it to your rep groups leader (I'm a artsy)?
2. Why do rep points disapper?

I can only answer the second question ("Why do rep points dissapear") for I am just as clueless about the first one.
Rep points dissapear when your relationship decreases with someone due to lack of talking to them, and whatever rep group they're in will be the rep group you lose points with.
