Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I already followed the directions on the bulletin board and I already found a note in the graveyard that says to have this note would be another feather in his hat but the note on the bulletin board keeps on saying the same thing I want to know how to get into the glasstown as well as in the cinema and the carnival pls. Help me.thanks..

Give the slip of paper to berkeley Clodd, he will give you a 'mysterious briefcase', give this to Det. Dan D. Mann. He will give you a 'rigged briefcase'. Give this to Giuseppi Mezzoalto. Then talk to det. Dan d. Mann.
