100 Piles of trash

You have to restart your entire game. It sucks, I know. I looked all over for an answer to that and I finally found it and it said somethin about how the piles of trash disappear and don't come back? It didn't really make sense to me but that's what it said. So if you do decide to open up a new slot to start all over, I advise you to save all your piles of trash you get. Collect as many as you can. Hope that helps you out

don't bother with that goal just leave it you don't get a lot of good stuff anyway

Go near the trashcans and collect if there's an arrow. There's a lot in the circus

You don't have to go all crazy and restart your whole game. If you read the mission correctly, it tells you to recycle them. And the only place you can is where the deputy and the recycling bins are. It does not tell you to collect them. There are a lot of them in the carnival and the trashcans.(Especially Glasstown) But after a while, they disappear from the streets of Urbania, so get as much as you can before it reaches the 80th day. (That would be if you were just starting)

Yeah, when I got 98 piles, I couldn't find them anymore. So I discovered a code that gives you 100 piles of trash.
