Artsies clubhouse

I have 9 points for an artsie and I need to know how to find the last point or get the last point. I already got my relationship up with all the artsies and gave them the trophy and did the rep mission now I just need help with the last point. Please help me. Thanks

Relationship 100 with the group leader
Relationship 50 with one member
Relationship 50 with one member
Relationship 50 with one member
Maximum points in the corresponding skill
Relationship -5 with the enemy group's leader
Give the trophy to the leader (be careful with this, as other sims who are not the leader will accept it)
Move to a house that corresponds with the rep group
Complete the rep goals

SPARTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....Yeah, nic got it all right. But i don't get what you mean by a "house that corrispondes with a rep group". O.o

help me i cant do the artsies rep mission because os the pile trash is there any other way i can get maximum rep points with out doing the mission?

The corresponding house for the streeties is the second smallest house available. This will make you go up one rep point with them.
