OK you have to build a wall without any gaps then you have to go into the option where you choose you door, pick a door and it will come up on your screen,then you drag it to the position on the wall where you want it to go, and that should work

If you already have a door in you home. You can press 'Y' and press 'clone' then just click your door and place it where you want it. This will only work on x box but I'm sure there is a way on your device ❤️
