IT TAKES 20 DAYS NO you DON'T HAVE TO BE MARRIED JUST MAKE THEM GO INTO HOUSE REMOVE DOORS AND GET DOUBLE BED

Well, you need to make the two fall in love and get married and then click on the bed and click "relax". Then call the other to relax with you. Then, you have to click "cuddle" on the other sim, then when they cuddle, click on the other sim and click "try for baby".
After at least 1 day, your sim is pregnant, and from there on, you need to wait 3 days for her to go into labor.
